Awww!! Luckily no harm came to her. I've heard of curiosity killing the cat - lol - but never heard of a dog getting its head stuck before.

Is it true that cats don't get stuck like that, because they judge spaces by their whiskers?

I don't ever remember hearing about a cat getting into a tight spot, and yes, they use their whiskers for that, too.

Well I went somewhere yesterday and got stuck in a toilet booth, seriously. I didn't know that I had to press a button to unlock the door!

omgs! the inventiveness of door locks is mindboggling!

when I first started to meander around Europe i'd come to so many doors I had to seriously ponder over to figure out! I mean, they're doors! why make it complicated, unless you have a hoard of gold to store? you'd think Push or Pull would suffice?

but nooo.... let's add levers, knobs, electronic buttons, codes...

I amost got locked out of my motel room in limoge as I went out to get my luggage out of the car and didn't know they locked up at 9 pm. 9! the receptionist, however, was on the ball and deduced i'd do that, so waited to let me in again. if you come in after 9, you have to punch in your code, which, apparently, everybody was familiar with, except moi...

I was perplexed the first time I used a swipe card to get into a hotel room.

LOL - I know what you mean, although I didn't have to do that one.

As if all that isn't bad enough though, what about the showers? You'd think they'd be simple to use, wouldn't you?

:lmao1:

first continental shower in a couple of decades and it was on a ferry to finland. sis and her hubby had gone to bed before me, so there was no one to ask, as I'm standing there like an idiot thinking it's fawsets and a shower, not a fountain that you have program to music - any idiot ought to be able to figure this out...

well, eventually I did.

got my shower, went to bed. BUT, it being dark I thought the really thin mattress topper was a quilt and crawled under it.

well, guess who were laughing in the morning!

:P
