Right - seriously now pink. If your headacxhes are coming on more than usual, and you've dismissed eye strain, sleeplesness and stress, you can get these things through high blood pressure, low blood sugar, nutritional deficiency, infections or through poisons and toxins in the body.
Here are a few natural remedies you could try....
The juice of a fresh lemon squeezed into tea, or, you can take the peel off a fresh lemon and apply it to each temple. It gives relief!
If your headaches are resulting from a cold, put a handful of fresh rosemary boiled in a litre of water into a jug. Cover your head with a towel and inhale the steam for as long as you can stand to.
For headaches brought on by exposure to cold air - take a good pinch of cinnamon and mix it with water into a fine paste. Apply this to your forehead.
Headaches can also come on if you're suffering from allergies, but this is usually accompanied by sneezing and diarrhoea.

The most common causes of frequent headaches are outlined at the start of this reply though.

Icey - I copied this and posted it in the thread Pinky started about her headaches. This thread is about sleep.

Don't you hate it when you've gone to sleep, then wake up and you're not sure what day it is?

I honestly don't have either of those. I can sleep heavily, but as soon as I wake up I'm alert - for a short time, anyway!! : )
