Do you usually have supper?

Postby Ice.Maiden » 20 Nov 2014, 19:27

I've just made some little pumpernickel bread sandwiches, filled with cucumber and spring onions, and according to this report, it won't make me gain weight because I haven't overdosed on calories throughout the day.

What do you think?

Well the point is, that they're now saying that late meals won't hurt you, depending on how many calories you've eaten earlier on during the day. In other words, if you don't exceed the daily limit, food at any time's OK.

I wouldn't go as low at 6 pm, because lots of people eat later in the evening, and it doesn't necessarily make them fat.

Also, did you know that you burn calories while you're asleep?

A Brazillian study found that men lost more than three times as much weight over eight hours of sleep than eight hours of lying awake.
