Oooh, these're a must. Just came across the recipe while I was wondering how you can use Chambord in cooking. Seems there're quite a few things you can do with it, but I'm going to have a go with these tomorrow!

Can't say as I'm over-keen myself really, but Chambord, although it starts out as a brandy, ends up as just a luscious raspberry liqueur. I didn't get chance to make the cupcakes with it though, but I made a couple of other things instead.
