I know the snow's not as glorious and deep as it is over your way Yogi, but although our country's mainly cold and damp, we don't see an awful lot of snow these days, so when we do, I love it.
Summer was good - for us - but it's always warmer down in the south. Our wintery weather's been known to last for 6 months of the year. When I was in London in September, it was beautiful and warm - no need for a coat - but on the way home, just a few miles north, the sky blackened and everywhere was its familiar usual self (dull).
Atm, it's -3 and dropping. In London, I see it's 4 above at the moment, so you can see there's quite a difference. Down on the south west coast, it's going to get up to around 10C within the next few days. It won't be anything like that up this way. No more snow's immediately forecast though, but it could come back again later in Jan/Feb.
