I have started taking yoga classes, and they're hard! At my first yoga class, I thought, "This is going to be SO boring! What is all the hoopla about stretching?"
Well, I soon learned yoga is not about merely stretching. It is about getting in touch with yourself and strengthening your body.
I'm still trying to learn the names of the positions. I've got "downward-facing-dog" down pat.
Oh ... and I'm still working on this one:

Doesn't matter, really. All that matters is that I do it (or at least try to).
