That's beautiful. I hope Cathy's op removes everything nasty, and that she has plenty more years in her. With love and kindness it's amazing how they can survive. Wish there were more folk like Cathy's new owner. :love:

Absolutely. Reading about the scars reminded me of how our youngest dog arrived with us. She was truly pitiful. Even the vet said that she might not make it. I cried my eyes out, especially when the OH said he didn't want to take her in, but it was too late - I loved what I saw, and insisted that she stayed. She did - and oh boy, the difference these days! :dance:

I loved this story, and have passed it along in every single forum to which I belong, in hopes that the low-life, scumbag garbage who abused and then abandoned this sweet baby will somehow see it...
