quite as a what?

Postby pilvikki » 17 Jan 2014, 15:46

yeah, it ain't Cat!

these 2 terrorists stomp, thomp, crash, hiss and sound like a very small cavalry tearing though the house.

when they're not on/around/under your feet, yowling because you stepped on their tiny paws.

twirps.

but oh so cute!

ok, so i was going to post some pictures, but see that i forgot to upload them. d'oh.

later then...

I agree. They can get under your feet, wreck furniture with their claws, have "mad half hours" when they seem to turn into wild things, ignore you if they're so inclined .... and yet .... wouldn't the world be a horrible place without them?

There've been some TV ads on again lately, asking folk to adopt a snow leopard. The young ones're adorable, and the adults magnificent.

Yes - think they're asking for £3 a month, which isn't too bad, but I often wonder how much of these contributions actually reach the animals' welfare? Snow leopards're in decline - mostly through being hunted for their luxurious coats, and I wonder how they plan on stopping it?

Leopards of all kinds are killed in a horrendously cruel way, because their pelts are worth so much money. If one becomes damaged, it spoils the entirety. I've joked about snow leopards tails making fabulous fur stoles - as I have about other things - but never in a million years would I dream of wearing one. They're superb animals.

Mwhahahaha!!!! Impossible, I reckon.

I got slow-release toilet seats put in, and the menfolk round here seem unable to even give a gentle tap. :bleh:

saxon puts the seat up and down every time and always has. however, his aim sometimes indicates a bit more practice is needed...
