Not quite sure what you mean there T. There were 3 guitarists on that song - guitar (lead), rhythm and bass - but if you mean Ray's sound, this explains it ....

He must've had some money to waste. Speakers don't come cheap.

Hey T - Vikki says that Glenn's guitar and speakers're up for sale. Wouldn't it be nice if someone bought them and used them? He was so proud of them ......

I only heard a couple of his offerings, which he was accompanying a record to, but he loved to play.

Well after I'd gone off here last night, I watching vids of Iron Maiden in Rio. The playing was absolutely superb - and complex. Beautifully melodic, and then their brilliant bass riffs. I never used to care for them, but having seen them live a few times now, and listened to more of their more "recent" stuff, I can appreciate why they're one of the best rock bands around.

Acoustic guitaring's OK as well. It depends on my mood. I prefer something loud and rocking, but I like various sorts of music.

That's ... enlightening .....

I don't understand mpg.

My son has a Marshall 100W 4 channel valve amp - plus other stuff. He built up his own stacking system, and the sound's enough to take the roof off, even when turned down. : (
