I most certainly do NOT!!!! I'm never in the company of gropers and those who leer, but I've obviously heard comments, and've had guys talk to my chest instead of looking me in the eye. Then there was the guy in LA who tried a naff chat-up line and gave me his card.... as he stared at my boobs..... huh!

What exactly are you wearing when men "talk" at your breasts?

I am busty and have never had any trouble in that department because I do not wear and never have worn push-up bras coupled with low-cut shirts. When women "exhibit" their breasts in public, I think they deserve any negative results they get.

Sorry. Hope I haven't offended anyone. Just stating my opinion.
