Opt Out of Ad Network Tracking

Postby Yogi » 18 Mar 2009, 17:59

Did you ever get the impression that Big Brother is watching every move you make on the Internet? If you check your cookies you will see exactly how many Big Brothers are indeed following you around the Information Highway. You can opt out of this tracking in many cases, but it's a big pain. Here are a couple web sites that will do it for you painlessly.

I KNOW I'm being followed everywhere I go - I have yieldmanager show up in my history sometimes! But I ignore them - let them spend all that money to follow me around and get nowhere. They can look at my daily browsings all they want. I must be terribly boring to shadow and predictable, too. I drag them to shopping sites all over the world, travel sites with great pictures and news sites ad nauseum. They'll be sorry one day. They don't slow me down one bit.

(I'm sure I must bring them here, too) :nana:
