Hello Gary, and thanks for that. Thanks for the list of clichés as well. A lot of them seem to be American sayings, but we also use a good few in general conversation ourselves.

I was going to ask you what your pen name is? I forgot about it until you mentioned it again.

Good luck in getting to the top of that list again as well!

Because I use my real name here, and I keep my pen name disassociated from my real self.
You wouldn't want me to get in Dutch for saying what it is here.
I think I sent it to you in an e-mail last year.

Oh I'm sorry - I was going to email you again, because I couldn't find anything. Then I forgot to email, with the hectic life that goes on around here! I'll get back to you on that one, because of course you want to keep the pen name separate.

JK Rowling's just won £1000 (not a lot, but it's the principle) after someone let the cat out of the bag when she published under a male name. I'd never do that to anyone, but it's your right to keep things private, and I respect that.
