Polishing Silver

If you don't use your silver cutlery very often try placing them in a sealed sandwich bag.

Silver kept in a drawer for everyday use will tarnish slower if you keep a piece of blackboard chalk with it or those little bags of silica that you get in new shoes and bags. Also works for silver jewellery.

thanks! i have some silver things that have been driving me batty as i don't use them very often and every time i dig them out.... where's thepolish...?

Me too but my grnadmother is staying and as she worked in the family jewellers she despairs of my silverware...she cleans it and gave me that tip....
