If you are cooking a turkey and don't feel like stuffing it - just throw a few onions into the cavity and bake it that way - it won't be as juicy and tender but it will taste just fine. :eat:

i recently had a nice roast chicken

when they cooked it on the spit roast they put a quarter of a lemon inside it to stop it drying out and giving it a really nice flavour too.

simple but effectib¡ve

The lemon trick is well-known......rubbing the skin with the juice then grinding lots of black pepper over,is also yummy.
