Just another wee tip lady's & Laddie, try making the stuffing with Hovis Granary Bread instead of Plain White! Lovely and of course it go to help, KYBO, after all the heavy eating! Also, use 'Light' Olive Oil instead of butter. - Recipes from, Fanny Toula Craddock! :love:

Have you not been reading Icey..I do NOT do balls of stuffing....but I DO serve it with a spoon. I think it is ...homelier-for want of a better word.Frankly-'sliced' stuffing just sounds too...formal....and 'thinly' sounds stingy.
Hey..it's the Italian in me. There are no half measures when it comes to food..and not a lot of patience with people with small appetites at Christmas....LOL!!!

Oh dear...now icey is gonna have that whip ready for me.... :vrysad:

no i use multigrain breadcrumbs, onion,sage , parsley. butter and 1 egg.

I stuff the bird and put the remainder in a tray . When its cooked dare i say it i also spoon it out and heaven forbid I have been known to shape it in a ball, don;t do slices

No competition Toula. I'd imagine pasta's tastes extremely good, with being a professional cook, and I think we all have our own way of making what we do. I say we should just eat and enjoy! :P
