I must have missed my previous post! :doh:

In years past I would eat to the bursting post, then stomp my left leg on the floor to tamp it down so I'd have more room to stuff in dessert, but in recent years I've cut down significantly on my intake. I leave room for dessert, but usually just a small helping.

All this cutting back on eating, even though not deliberately done, has been to good effect. I've gone from having to stuff myself into 44" waist pants to loosely fitting into a 40" waist. I think I could probably wear 38s", but I would be stuffing myself just a bit. I have some 38s"...I'll have to see if I fit them again.

    Yep -kg-! It's OBSESSION alright for Pinky - but it's with Santa's that's the problem! :whistle:

    Oh, aye, & it's NO to any form of sweets after meals for me, cheese & crackers maybe!
