Talk about the weather, but can anyone really do anything about it?

In Greater London, the temperature recorded was 29.1 C today. Tomorrow should reach around 32C, and people've been advised to stay out of the sun between 11 a.m. and 3 pm. Don't know why. Over the past couple of days, the hottest part of the day's been around 5pm in these parts. Melt!

I'm sure that the sun's UV radiation levels are at their worst between 11 a.m. and 3 pm.

I agree. That'll be it.

Well how things swiftly change. It's going to drop to around 13C here tonight, with daytime temps of around 15C and 16C next week. Winds of 14 mph haven't helped, but despite it feeling much cooler than it was, it's really humid atm.
