Well, giving her the benefit of the doubt, it's strange how she'll sell quite a few of her books, and yet most of the larger people stay ... well, large. If these slimming plans worked, everyone'd be thin. Unless a person has a hormonal problem, the only way to keep slim's to eat less, and eat healthy food - as well as take some exercise.

Obesity is becoming an epidemic,
Mindset is vital too,
depression plays a major role in comfort eating.

It can do, yes. Maybe appetite suppressants'd be better than antidepressants. They'd not only speed up the metabolism and take away the desire to eat, but cheer the person up a bit as well.

Re Max Clifford - he was a devious man who a lot of 'celebs' used for 'publicity'! Before his wonderful fall from grace - he had collected & stored an amazing portfolio of 'dirt' on people who thought they were just confiding in - an adept publicist. When M.C. said 'Jump' - even some 'Royals' jumped. Soon when M.C. says 'Jump' - his fellow inmates will reply 'No Max - 'tis your turn - in the barrel'! Grin & bare it Max - NICE! Couldn't have happened to a nicer slime bag! :moon:

Men don't usually study these things as much as women do. I'll give you a few instances:

Eyebrows that meet - often shows a bad tempered person.
Thin pursed lips - meanness or sour/sarcastic personality.
Someone who rarely smiles - unhappy.

Check it out, and it mostly follows.

I usually go by body language and tone of voice,
I can be a bit timid reading peoples signs..

Sorry Tomsk - 'tis easy being wise - postus eventus!

The pilloried celeb that surprised me - was Rolfe Harris! - I found his over-enthusiastic approach - a bit 'Thrushy' - but would not have taken him for a serial groper.

I do hope - that Spotty Grace - from the last year at primary school - doesn't discover that I have become rich, famous & handsome - after the way we explored her budding assets.
