Which's really nice isn't it? Everything's too fast these days. People don't have time to catch their breath. I was reading about the new government thoughts on sending children to nurseries and school too soon. Apparently, they're saying that it can now be damaging, especially to a bright child, who'll get bored easily. They're suggesting that school should start at 6, to be more in line with Scandinavian children, who, on starting at 6 and 7 I believe, attain the same standard as our children by the time they all reach the age of 10. I think there's something to be said for it actually, as children need to learn how to play first of all, not be thrust into adulthood before time.
